They also contain potassium and compounds that support nerve growth and mental balance. Ancient Buddhist teachings say that vegan food generates positive energy, as plants carry wholesome “life energy,” while meat from slaughtered animal-people contains unwholesome “killing energy,” attracting negativity and bad luck. Modern science echoes these insights: Recent studies reveal that fresh fruits and vegetables naturally emit biophotons, a subtle glow tied to the activity of healthy, living cells. In contrast, animal-people meat is dead— with no living cells, it emits no light. Additional studies show that meat from stressed, slaughtered animal-people retains high levels of negative hormones like cortisol and adrenaline, which impair its quality and suggest a lingering negative energy. It’s no surprise that research consistently links whole-food vegan diets to lower risks of cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, and cancer compared to meat-inclusive diets (Phật Pháp Online; Universidad de Alcalá)

Australian man Jacob King shares his near-death experience that awakened his third eye.
In 2021, Jacob was in deep distress, struggling with depression, suicidal thoughts, and drug addiction stemming from childhood abuse. One day, he spent his entire paycheck on a mix of chemicals to try to ease the pain. Alone in his room at home, he suddenly passed out.
Jacob found himself in a pitch-black void. He felt a beautiful, sweet, and powerful loving energy flow through and around him. This presence was so loving that every cell and bone in his body relaxed completely, as if they no longer needed to function. His mind remained active, trying to understand the situation. He sensed a huge Presence embracing him like a long-lost friend, but the love was far deeper and more intense than any earthly experience— powerful enough to make him melt into it.
He recognized this energy as familiar from before his birth: it was God. Jacob felt a profound sense of return and completion. He realized all his life’s pursuits—pleasures, goals, and experiences— had been attempts to recapture this love. Now, nothing more was needed; he felt fully satisfied.
God then moved Jacob out of the void into a vast dimension filled with countless living lights— like stars alive with consciousness. They shimmered in unimaginable colors, moving as if dancing in harmony. God gathered them into breathtaking displays of beauty and joy, which Jacob sensed were created just for him. Then, guiding him onward, God launched Jacob forward through multiple luminous expanses filled with trillions of lights, until the intensity of love and light became nearly unbearable. Jacob told God he could not handle it and felt he would die. God guided him precisely to his limit, stopping just short of disintegration.
God announced it was time to progress through another level, even more intense. Jacob feared he would not survive, but he trusted God’s calm wisdom and power. God launched him forward like a paper airplane. As he sped through the lights, the velocity increased until he again reached the brink of death. Beyond that point, layers of Jacob’s human identity peeled away—skin, bones, and all attachments to his body—feeling as relieving as removing tight shoes. With each layer, childhood traumas released. This continued until only a final core substance remained. Jacob worried that losing it would leave nothing of him. But it held firm, puzzling him.
God halted the motion, lifted Jacob like a grain of sand, and revealed his view: a tiny white Light, Jacob’s soul. God explained that all past, present, and future experiences would fade, but this eternal Light— what Jacob truly is— would endure. He urged Jacob never to lose sight of It. God then rolled Jacob like a marble into the sea of lights. Jacob merged seamlessly, like a drop joining the ocean, his ego seemingly erased. He became one with the lights and God in a state of peaceful ecstasy beyond human conception. Time vanished; he simply existed as one, feeling he was home.
God then separated Jacob from the unity. An image appeared of Jacob’s unconscious body on Earth. God said it was time to return. Jacob resisted, pleading to remember the experience. God agreed.
Before leaving, Jacob asked how he could resume life as his human self— depressed, addicted, and suicidal— given the stark contrast. God said he would be okay. Jacob worried others would not believe him and asked how to share this experience with people in his life. God said that was Jacob’s purpose there. When Jacob questioned how he could transmit such immense love, God instructed him to ask for help and serve as an outlet—stepping aside from ego to let the love flow through. Jacob noted how simple it seemed from there but confusing on Earth. God responded, “I am you.” Jacob struggled to accept this unity with such a vast being.
To illustrate, a giant golden eye emerged from the center of Jacob’s forehead, gazing back at him. God explained, “I am viewing your life through you. We are One.” Then God sent him back.
Returning was difficult. The world seemed dreamlike, its vibration dull and unreal after such radiance. Jacob felt he was no longer seeing with his eyes but “through” them, as if windows to something deeper. His old ego-driven desires lost their pull, and disrespect or conflict no longer provoked anger. Though echoes of childhood pain remained, he no longer sought escape through drugs or alcohol, as true fulfillment came from connecting to God’s presence. Jacob believes anyone can find God by looking inside oneself.
“I’ve been very blessed to have this experience, and I hope that sharing this experience can help you on your journey. And always remember that God is with us, He is one with all of us, and His Love is everywhere, if you learn how to tune in.” (NDE Diary)
